3. Use of AI and Third-Party Services

To power our intelligent features, we may send input data (e.g., speech or typed text) to large language models (LLMs) and AI services such as:

  • OpenAI

  • Google Gemini

  • Other AI infrastructure providers

We only send what is necessary to provide functionality like natural language understanding, task generation, and profile updating. Data sent to these providers is used strictly to return results and is not used to train their models unless explicitly stated by them.

We also may use third-party analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve usage of our Services.

4. CRM Integrations

If you choose to connect your CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot), AVEN will:

  • Access your CRM data solely to sync and reflect updates

  • Never sell or share your CRM data with unauthorized third parties

  • Allow you to disconnect CRM access at any time

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can request deletion at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Trusted service providers under strict confidentiality

  • CRM platforms, only when explicitly connected by you
